In order to comply with our obligations as a responsible lender, you must have an income of at least $500/week ($1000 per fortnight) which can include government benefits.

As a pensioner, you must earn at least $1,000 per fortnight, which can include government benefits. We will assess your overall financial position to determine if we can provide a loan to you.
Fundo charges fees on all of its loans.
The costs associated with your loan are governed by credit legislation.
In most cases we will charge a 20% establishment fee – calculated on your principal.
There is also a monthly account fee of 4% for our small amount loans up to $2000.
All our fees are in line with industry standards.
As part of our assessment of your application, we will work out the most appropriate loan term according to your circumstances. We do not want to place you in a position of difficulty in meeting the repayments but we also do not want the loan term to be excessive, therefore costing you additional fees and interest.
If the loan term we select ultimately is unsuitable for you, we will be happy to consider extending the term. Just ask us!
We encourage our customers to pay off their Fundo loans as soon as possible!
The quicker you pay your loan, the less you will be charged in monthly account fees or interest.
Paying off your loan before its due date will increase your Fundo Credit Score, which may assist you if you choose to apply with Fundo again in the future.

Please be mindful that each bank has a different processing time - as such, payments may become available the day following your application.
No need to panic, Fundo will endeavour to get your funds to you as soon as possible.
You select the reason for your loan during the application process. In most cases, we will not need to confirm the loan purpose, however in some instances we may request some evidence to verify that the stated purpose is legitimate.
Customers cannot have more than one loan with Fundo at any given time.

You are welcome to apply for a new loan once you have repaid your current loan, in full.

¹As soon as you sign your contract and if all other requirements have been met, we instantly send the funds to your nominated bank account. If your bank works with the New Payments Platform (NPP), most customers see funds in their account within 60 seconds. If your bank is not NPP enabled, or it is a weekend or a public holiday, the funds are usually received by the next business day. Fundo cannot guarantee that loan funds will be received within 60 seconds
²Applying for a loan with Fundo usually takes about 3 minutes. However, this time can change based on a few things, such as your typing speed, the device you're using, and whether you have all the necessary information ready to go.
³As the approval process is influenced by various external factors, we can't guarantee that you'll receive a decision on the same day. However, most of our customers do receive a same-day response to their application with Fundo, if they submit their loan application and all the requested supporting information by 4pm Sydney time during a regular business day.
