Fundo is a responsible lender – as such, you must meet certain qualifications in order to be eligible for one of our great products!

You must:

- Be over 18

- Earn at least $500/week in regular income, excluding government benefits

- Demonstrate an ability to meet repayment deadlines

- Not place undue financial pressure on yourself by borrowing from Fundo.

Unfortunately, in most cases, unemployed individuals will not be able to borrow from Fundo.

In order to comply with our obligations as a responsible lender, you must have an income of at least $500/week – the majority of which can not come from government benefits.

We regularly service individuals with complex employment situations – please contact us to discuss your circumstances.

Fundo often lends to those who receive a pension.

As a pensioner, you must earn at least $500/week – If you solely rely on this income, you are not eligible for a Fundo loan.

Fundo charges fees on all of its loans.

The costs associated with your loan are governed by responsible lending legislation.

In most cases we will charge a 20% establishment fee – calculated on your principal.

There is also a monthly account fee of 4%.

All our fees are in line with industry standards.

Fundo provides you with the flexibility to choose the length of your loan.

Most users opt for a duration between 5-20 weeks.

The shorter the loan, the higher the repayments will be.

We encourage our users to pay off their Fundo loans as soon as possible!

The quicker you pay your loan, the less you will be charged in monthly account fees.

Paying off your loan before its due date will be a positive mark on any future applications.

We are open to discussing payment options with you over the phone or by email.

Fundo understands that unforeseen circumstances may affect your ability to repay your loan.

In most cases we will need 48 hours notice to change payment dates on your loan account.

Users who miss their payment dates are subject to late payment fees and other relevant charges per your loan contract.

Our application process is all online and incredibly quick.

Fill out all your details on the application form and one of your friendly Fundo team members will assess your application.

Best of all, applications submitted during business hours will be processed on the same day.

You will have to complete a new application for each loan so we can assess your current circumstances.

Fundo applications are all online and available 24/7!

Our friendly customer service team is based out of Sydney and are in the office from 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, Saturday 9am-5pm

If your application is submitted and accepted during business hours, you will most likely receive your funds that day!

Please be mindful that each bank has a different processing time - as such, payments may become available the day following your application.

No need to panic, Fundo will endeavour to get your funds to you as soon as possible.

You select the reason for your loan during the application process. Your expenses are only examined upon submission of a loan application. We will not monitor your transactions whilst you have an active loan with Fundo.

Ensure that you don’t spend in a manner that may affect your ability to repay your loan.

Users cannot have more than one loan with Fundo at any given time.

Fundo is a responsible lender – having multiple loans may affect your ability to repay your existing loans.

You are welcome to apply for a new loan once you have repaid your current loan, in full.

Fundo is based out of Sydney – our friendly team of consultants are available to talk Monday-Friday, 9-5.

We will endeavour to answer all your questions within a prompt manner.

If your loan was declined, we invite you to reapply if your circumstances change.
